|Anne Bruce: Journalist||
I write for a high-street of food publications, including The Caterer, British Baker, The Grocer, Fine Food Digest, Confectionery News, Food Ingredients.com, Food Manufacture, and even Meat Trades Journal.
I branched out somewhat last year as editor of the fortnightly newsletter of the Petrol Retailers' Association, Petrol Heads-Up.
I've also been on the news/current awareness team at legal publishing house LexisNexis since 2013, exploring a range of legal issues with expert interviewees.
I am interested in history and genealogy and have taken on research projects for some large food industry brands- most recently I looked into the history of Smith's Crisps for PepsiCo.
I became freelance in 2009. Previously, I spent nine years working on business to business food and retail titles. I edited the monthly Bake & Take, and worked on British Baker and The Grocer.
I am a member of The Guild of Food Writers.
