|Anne Bruce: Journalist||
I write for a variety of Business to Business magazines and online publications, particularly ones in the food sector.
I am also editor of the fortnightly e-zine of the Petrol Retailers' Association, Petrol Heads-Up.
I've been on the news/current awareness team at legal publishing house LexisNexis for six years, exploring a range of legal issues with expert interviewees.
I am interested in genealogy and history and have taken on research projects for some large food industry brands- spending some heavenly days at the Kew National Archives looking into the history of Smith's Crisps for PepsiCo most memorably.
I became freelance ten years ago. Previously, I spent a decade working on business to business food and retail titles. I edited the monthly Bake & Take, and worked on British Baker and The Grocer.
I am a member of The Guild of Food Writers. Outside the day job I like all the usual things, eating out, cocktails and so on and going to the gym for remedial work. I have also nicked the best of my children's hobbies and am into ballet, theatre and Scouts. Coding and Swimming not so much.
